Plans, directs, controls, co-ordinates and participates in all communications activities, including online and digital communications. Under the general guidance and supervision of the DOSM and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, promotes and maintains good communications both internally and externally in order to enhance the prestigious image of the hotel and by doing so contributes to the revenues of the hotel.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES岗位主要工作职责
· Develops an annual communications/media plan with specific goals and budgets as outlined in the hotel's business plan. Prepares working plans to achieve goals and ensures the communications team and AOR are fully briefed on goals and progress.
在与酒店经营规划一致的指导方向下,制定目标,预算及计划全年媒体推广计划。与此同时保证团队年内员工对计划,责任范围,目标及进展详细明了。
· Compares actual achievements against goals on a regular basis and takes corrective action. Prepares the monthly communications report on a timely basis.
在既定的时期内,对比实际的进展与设定目标的不同并及时采取正确的措施。在既定的时间内上交每月报告。
· Supervises and directs photography for advertising, collateral and public relations purposes in liaison with the DOSM, the advertising agency and the marketing department at Regional/Corporate office.
监督及管理所有与广告,印刷品和公共活动为目地的图片,并及时与市场销售总监,广告公司,市场部,区域及总部。
· Ensures the department has a comprehensive master digital library for all advertising, collateral and public relations activities, and regularly update the image library accordingly.
确保本部门持有综合有力全面的数字图片库以用于广告,宣传品及公共活动并及时更新图片。
· Co-ordinates and executes publication of the hotel’s newsletter(s).

· Monitors activities of competitor hotels and trends within the industry.

· Participates in monthly forecasting of the department's marketing communications expenses, i.e. advertising, printing, gifts, entertainment, etc.

· Performs additional related duties as deemed necessary and appropriate to the communications status.
在公共关系中履行必要及合适的附加工作。
· Work with media/advertising agency on the planning of all online and off-line advertising, and oversees their execution.

· Acts as official spokesperson for the hotel when appropriate and responds to all media requests within 24 hours.
做为酒店的正式发言人适时合适的在24小时内回复媒体的要求。
· Compiles and maintains a comprehensive list of media contacts and manages them as per the media account management system. Delegates assigned accounts to communications staff as appropriate but takes full responsibility for the key media by maintaining and developing close relationships.
编制制定媒体联系总编以达到账户综合管理。酌情委托制定传媒部其它员工处理相关事宜,但要负责主流媒体沟通以达到维护良好关系。
· Works with PR agency on developing story angles for press releases for appropriate targeted media, locally, regionally and internationally.

· Plays a key role in community and government relations.

· Secures opportunities, directs and attends hotel sponsored events, and develops targeted partner relationships.

· Creates and organizes press promotional activities.

· Coordinates and executes production of all printed materials, with assistance of AOR, following the specifications stipulated by Corporate ID/styling guide.

· Ensures hotel information is updated regularly on the website.

· Supervises the production and quality of all displays and temporary signage in hotel public areas.

· Supervises and budgets for quality gift items as appropriate. Ensures correct usage of hotel logo on gift items as stipulated in styling guide.
监理并为高品质礼品做预算。确保酒店商标是根据规定标准准确无误的使用。
· Supervises the in-house graphic designer.
协调监理酒店内部美术设计员。
