1. 代表酒店参与国内外各项销售活动。
Represents the hotel and participate in domestic and international sales activities.
2. 提升公司的住房量，拓宽客户范围。
Creative Contribution to product and sales development.
3. 安排每日走访的客户，以期在客房及餐饮上为酒店寻求更多的业务。
To conduct daily sales visit to assigned accounts to solicit business for the hotel for both rooms and food & beverage through effective client account management.
4. 积极宣传酒店产品。
Conduct active distribution of product information and create awareness in the market and business segment or responsibility.
5. 在拜访客户时，经常使用Cross Selling” 和 Upsell等销售技巧。
To always practices “Cross Selling” and Up sell in accordance with corporate and department guidelines during sales calls.
6. 保证已与客人确认的客房，宴会及餐饮服务在客人未到或在酒店入住时完成。
To ensure that all arrangements and requirements agreed with clients with regards to rooms, banquets or F&B services are carried out prior to or during guests stay in the hotel.
7. 根据各自管辖区域撰写市场及竞争者情况报告。
Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment.
8. 确保所有客户信息的时时更新，包括数据信息的更新，产品跟踪，客户动向。
To upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts.
