岗位职责:
1. 协助制定适当的培训发展计划来培训员工, 以便确保并提高服务水平。
Assists in developing an adequate training plan and train staff to maintain and improve standard of service.
2. 协助餐厅经理正确管理与餐厅有关的一切设备。
Assists the restaurant manager in proper handling of all equipment related to the outlet.
3. 保证餐厅及后台的清洁卫生。与客务部和工程部保持紧密联系,以确保餐厅的整洁及设备的完好。
Ensure total cleanliness of both the outlet as well as back of house related to the restaurant. Liaises very closely with Housekeeping and Engineering department to ensure cleaning and maintenance at all times.
4. 确保员工的仪容仪表在任何时候都保持高标准。
Ensures that the outlets grooming and appearance standards are met at all times.
5. 保证餐厅在任何时间都能够给客人提供高效、优质的服务。
Responsible to establish, supervise and follow through on an efficient, warm and courteous service in the outlet at all times.
