Job Description
1. 当班时保证酒店前区与后区包括卫生间的公共区域及外围干净整洁和味道清新 Ensure all public area (including washroom) clean, tidy and smell fresh
2. 监督巡视各区域公共卫生，为酒店提供舒适、干净、优雅的环境 Supervise the public hygiene of each area, and create comfortable, clean and elegant circumstances for hotel
3. 处理相关部门和客人的投诉，密切配合协调好各部门的清洁卫生工作 Handling complaints from internal and guests, and cooperate with each department to do well cleanness work
4.对于酒店的地毯及理石维护提出合理化建议或可行性计划 Present reasonably suggestions and feasibility plan for carpet and marble maintenance
5. 勤巡查，发现问题及时汇报及进行处理，协调好和其它部门的工作，发扬团结互助精神 Frequently inspect , report and handle immediately for any issues, cooperate with other departments and be team work
6..计划编制每月员工上班轮班表，做好人力物力的计划使用，控制部门成本.做好工作用具的发放及回库工作，负责好本部门清洁机械的保养、维护工作 Planning monthly duty roster, manpower and material resources control and cost control. Make records for all tools delivering and receiving, responsible for the machine's cleanness and maintenance
任职资格 Qualification
1.操作及保养机器设备的知识
Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment
2.清洁剂的知识
Knowledge of cleaning agent
3.大理石及地毯清洁保养知识 、技能等
Marble and carpet cleaning and maintenance knowledge and skills
4.五星级酒店2年以上公共区域服务员或1年公共区域主管工作经验
Above 2 years experience of PA stsff or 1 year experience of PA supervisor in five star hotels
