岗位职责:
1. 确保文件的有效保管和跟进。
To maintain an effective filling and tracing system for the department.
2. 时时跟新客户资料。
To maintain and update database for the department including accounts regularly.
3. 以专业有效友好的方式与客人进行电话交流。
Handle telephone communication in an effective, professional and friendly manner.
4. 处理个人及团队入住,带领客人进行酒店参观。
Handle walk-in inquiries, group check-in/check-out and hotel inspections.
5. 及时处理有关价格,团队住宿,报价和确认。
Handle all enquiries relating to rates, group bookings, quotations and confirmation promptly.
6.为销售人员准备好相关报价书,确认书等文件。
To prepare rooms and events quotations, confirmation and group profile on behalf of Sales Managers.
7. 在客人到店前,和预订部及餐饮部协调好相关活动事宜,确保一切按客人要求置办妥当。
To coordinate closely with reservation and F&B on groups/event to ensure everything is prepare according to guest requirement before guest arrival to the Hotel.
8. 与其他部门员工进行有效沟通确保双向交流畅通无阻。
Interacts with departments and hotel staff in a professional and efficient manner to foster a good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
9. 按销售经理要求协助相关活动。
Coordinates and arrange activities accorded by Sales Manager.
任职资格:
1.一年及以上高星饭店工作经验。
2.具备良好沟通表达能力、责任心强、亲和力佳。
3.熟练使用办公软件。

- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 年龄要求:22-30岁
- 语言要求:英语-熟练
- 计算机能力:熟练
