电工岗位职责：
1. The operator of electric transformer and distribution on duty must have
the licenses (in effective date) can work.
变配电值班人员必须持有有关部门颁发的证件（在有效期内）才能上岗。
2. Have the responsibility of inspection and
maintenance the electric station.
对本变电所的设备负有运行监视和维护的责任。
3. Must carry out the safety measure and the rule ordered by hotel.
认真执行酒店颁发的各项安全工作规程及相关规定。
4. To accept and obey the work distributes and seriously do it in time.
认真、及时完成上级布置的各项工作。
5. In charge of the normal operation 、maintenance
of the electrical equipment power supply.
负责供电设备的正常运作和维护保养。
6.To perform power dispatching orders and superiors notice promptly and correctly, reporting abnormal operation timely, in case of
communications failure, can judge it correctly by him and handle the accident.
迅速正确地执行电网调度命令和上级通知，及时汇报异常运行情况，在通讯失灵情况下，能自行正确判断，进行事故处理。
7. Keep the device and the environment clean and tidy, do all the work of operation and
maintenance.
保持设备和环境的整洁，做好各项运行维护工作。
8.Doing a good job of technical management, fill out the records of equipment operation
and repair and test correctly, and take good care of a variety of technical
information.
认真做好技术管理工作，正确无误地填写设备运行及修理和试验记录，保管好各种技术资料。
机修工岗位职责：
1. To guarantee the water supply and drainage of the hotel, the water
system of fire protection, the fire protection fume machine, the positive
pressure exhaust, and the device of kitchen, laundry in normal mode.
保证酒店的给排水、消防、防火油烟机、正压排气和厨房设备的正常运行。
2. To control the hot water temperature at 55℃±5℃.
控制酒店热水温度为55℃±5℃。
3. In charge of the maintenance and overhaul work of water supply and
sewerage system, kitchen, laundry, fire water supply equipment.
负责给排水系统、厨房、洗衣、消防给水设备的日常维护检修大修工作。
4. To accept and obey the work distributes and seriously do it in time.
认真、及时地完成上级布置的各项工作。
5. To guarantee the gas pressure in normal mode,
the valve doesn’t leak.
保证在正常的气压下阀门不泄露。
6.Familiar with the works of the machinery and
equipment of the hotel, performance and maintenance technology, understanding their technical parameters and be
familiar with practical work.
熟练掌握酒店机械设备的工作原理，性能及维修技术，了解其技术参数，并能熟练运用到实际工作中。
7. Master the operation of all kinds of electrical devices of drainage system, and know
its control principle.
熟练操作给排水系统中的各类机电设备，了解其控制原理。
8. Can distinguish accurately conveying pipe of various media, familiar with the
direction, material and size of pipe..
准确熟练地区分输送各种不同的介质的管道，熟悉管道的走向、材质和尺寸。
9. Familiar with valves of types, model specifications, the roles and locations.
熟悉阀门的种类、型号规格、作用和位置。
空调工岗位职责：
1.In charge of the operation and maintenance of the
central system and to guarantee the whole refrigerator in normal operation mode.
负责空调主机房设备操作和维护保养,保证冷水机组及附属设备的运行。
2. To guarantee the hot/cool air condition demand of the hotel, to provide a
comfortable environment for guests.
保证全酒店冷暖空调的供给，并为客人提供舒适的环境。
3. Ensures punctual attendance and
adherence to duty schedules.
确保按时出勤并遵照值班表工作。
4.In charge of the water quality treatment of chilled water and cooling
water, and cleaning the cooling tower once every two weeks.
负责冷冻水和冷却水的水质处理，并对冷却塔进行每两周一次的清洗。
5. In charge of the maintenance of the refrigerators and ice-making machines to
ensure that the cooling effect.
负责冷藏室和制冰机等设备的维修保养，保证制冷效果。
6.To patrol and inspect every four hours, and make provisions recorded.
每四小时一次巡检设备，并作好规定之记录。
