To manage respective F&B venues as successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Hotels standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the food and beverage operation and administration.

KEY ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES关键角色和职责
· Motivate, discipline, direct and supervise the work of all employees in restaurant
· 指导和监督餐厅所有员工的工作。
· Keep assistant managers promptly and fully informed of all issues (i.e. problems, unusual matters of significance and positive events) and take prompt corrective action
· 确保餐厅副经理及时和完全了解所有问题(问题,显著的异常事件,积极事件)并立即采取正确措施。
· Follow established and proper Accounting procedures
· 遵循规定的正确财务程序
· Schedule employees to maintain Hotel’s service standards within budgeted labor costs

· Review and interpret/analyze financial and operating information, and prepare reports
· 回顾并分析财务和经营信息,并准备报表
· Attend daily F & B meeting sand channel essential information down the line
· 参加每日餐饮部例会并沟通重要信息
· Be knowledgeable of hotel information to answer guest inquiries; always recommending the hotel’s food & beverage outlets prior to outside facilities

· Over seethe training and supervision of Bar employees, which includes work allocation, performance evaluation, training, and problem resolution

· Ensure safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents

· Prepare the payroll and gratuity reports as required

· Attend monthly staff meetings to discuss P&L statement and operational issues

· Establish guest database with preference records of regular guests

· Always have a creative and innovative approach to buffet set-ups, displays, visuals and willing to update them regularly

· Assignres ponsibilities to subordinates and conduct regular performance checks

· Implement weekly cleaning schedules for operating equipment (trolleys, pantry, etc)

· Manage organization and cleanliness of departmental areas by conducting weekly walk-throughs with Hygiene Manager, Housekeeping and Engineering Department

QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格
· Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management or equivalent
· 酒店管理专业毕业或相等学历
EXPERIENCE 工作经验
· Minimum 4 - 5 years Hotel experience
· 至少4-5年酒店工作经验
· Minimum 2 years management experience in similar F&B operations in international hotels.
· 至少两年以上的国际酒店相关管理经验
