Duties &Responsibilities
职责
1. Makethe FB sales strategy based on the market .
根据市场制定餐饮销售策略.
2. Thefinal target is completed the annual budget of F&B
以完成餐饮部全年预算为最终目标
3. Followup all the online product ,product market analysis, update the product
跟进所有线上产品在各大线上渠道的推广,进行有效的产品市场分析及时更新线上产品
4. Establishes and maintainseffective employee and inter-departmental working relationships.
建立员工和部门之间的相互合作关系.
5. Coordinating with allrespective restaurants and bar managers / chefs for all promotion issues.
协助所有营业餐厅及酒吧和厨师长所有的提升事宜.
6. Keeps an up-dated HotelPolicies and Procedures file and up-dated files on all F&B matter.
保留最新的酒店制度及政策和文件及餐饮部更新的事宜.
7. Keeps confidential informationconfidential.
保密机密文件.
Marketing
市场推广
1. Coordinate monthlymarketing meeting and make records.
每月协调经营会议并做会议记录.
2. Ensure correct translationin marketing materials. Translations, proof reading and checking
确保在市场材料正确译本.翻译,校对和检查.
3. To assist DFB and Marcomfor all promotional activities and preparations.
协助餐饮总监及公关部推广跟进所有最近活动及准备.
4. To assist uploadingpromotional information on marketing partners’ website
协助收集相关竞争对手的资料.
5. To monitor promotionalcontract validity. Notify Director for F&B 2 months prior to expiry.
跟进宣传合同的有效期,提前2个月通知餐饮总监.
6. Tocollect guest information from each outlet managers and update in the system
收集各个部门经理提交的客户信息,及时更新提交.
7. To coordinate withmanagers and chefs for monthly promotional meetings. Set meeting time and takemeeting minutes.
协助各个部门经理及厨师长做每月推广会议,并规定好开会时间.
8. Toensure the posters and fliers are the most updated one in the outlets andmonitor maximum exposure. To assist in rotation of posters/flyers/all marketingrelated collaterals when change
确认海报及所有相关传单的更新情况,当需要更改时.
9. To coordinate with MARCOMfor brand related design collaterals and ensure all design are on brand.
协助公关部做相关菜单设计及确认所有设计风格符合酒店品牌的标准.
Entertainment / Event Arrangements
娱乐/团队管理
1. Keepcontacts for various entertainment companies. Coordinate for payment and issues when using them. Record cost in a file for future reference.
与各种娱乐公司保持接触.付款及问题协调,归档以便成本备查.
2. Toassist all correspondence for contract agreements
协助已协定的所有合同信件
3. Toarrange transportations / accommodations / meals and laundry.
安排住宿/膳食/洗衣/运输.
