PURPOSE OF POSITION 职位目的
To manage the procurement, receiving and distribution of all Hotel food, beverage and non-food equipment and supplies.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 主要任务和岗位职责
· Formulate market lists for the routine purchase of fresh food, beverages and all non-perishable foods
制定新鲜食品、饮料和保质时间长的食品的日常采购列表。
· Establish vendor partnerships for all major categories of Food & Beverage
与所有主要类别食品和饮料的供应商建立合作关系。
· Administer a Purchase Requisition/Purchase/Receiving Order system for the hotel including instruction to hotel staff, set up of a filing system for easy reference, and training an Assistant and a Receiver to handle these duties per their job descriptions
管理酒店包括指令到酒店工作人员采购接收/征用/采购订单系统,建立一个申报系统便于参考, 培训一个助理,以及用接收器来处理员工的职位描述。
· Maintain storerooms; train and supervise all storeroom personnel
保持储藏室,培训以及监督所有库房人员。
· Implement and enforce all control procedures for hotel goods entering through the purchasing area
实施和执行所有的控制规程,当货物从采购领域进入酒店时。
· Attends meetings as required or delegates appropriate representatives
要求需要的或适当的生产商的代理商参加会议。
· Performs other tasks as deemed appropriate by the Executive Committee
执行其他任务,如适当的执行委员会。
· Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule; document maintenance needs on work orders for submission to Engineering department

· Good written and verbal communication skills in English

· Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system

· Ability to use all Purchase Codes and complete shipping documentation

· Ability to operate and manage all necessary equipment

· Ability to work varied hours/days to oversee Hotel purchasing operations

EXPERIENCE
· Minimum of 2 years management experience in a similar capacity in a hotel
至少两年以上在酒店类似职位的管理经验
