SCOPE 职能范围
Theincumbent is responsible for coordinatesthe administration and personnel daily operation of all human resourcesfunctions and activities with other departments.

Check the environment and status of Changing Room on B3, Meanwhile share photo with HR Team.
负责检查B3男/女更衣室及卫生间/淋浴间,并拍照分享在HR群中。
Check the environment and status of Colleague Rest Room on B3, Meanwhile share photo with HR Team.
负责检查B3员工休息室环境,并拍照分享在HR群内。
Coordinate the Connect activity with A Coffee.
负责协调爱咖啡公益活动。
Check the dormitory master list according to arrangement and communication with dormitory manager.
负责检查/更新员工宿舍入住明细,与宿舍经理核对在住名单。
Prepare the birthday card and name list for next month, meanwhile design the poster of colleagues’ birthday on the information sharing board of B3.
准备下月全酒店员工生日蛋糕贺卡/礼券/名单,制作生日海报于月底张贴至B3楼布告栏。
Design the poster/wechat promotion of activity according to HR Calendar.
根据员工活动安排,制作活动海报/公众号。
Design the poster/wechat promotion of Staff Canteen to HR Calendar.
根据员工餐厅菜单,制作海报/公众号。

Check the off-line Leave application for entry level colleagues.
负责各部门纸质假单审批。
File the staff materials and forms.
负责员工材料与流程单据的分类与归档。
Handle the loss procedure of staff key/name board/pin.
负责酒店物品(钥匙,名牌,徽章)遗失补办流程。
Responsible for on boarding procedure for new hires and demission procedure for resignation including preparation of related documents.
负责办理员工入离职手续,并准备相关材料。
Responsible for filing & renew procedure of Health card.
负责员工健康证的存档与更新流程。
Input promotion and transfer information.
录入员工升职及部门变动信息。
Input and update colleague personal data.
录入及更新员工个人信息。
Input and update all leave records including annual leaves, sick leaves, marriage leaves, etc.
录入及更新所有休假记录,包括年假、病假、婚假等。
Input and update disciplinary action records.
录入及更新纪律处分记录。
Input and update all employment contract dates.
录入及更新所有雇佣合同起止日期。
Input all separated colleagues employment dates.
录入所有离职员工的在职起止日期。
Update personal information changes.
对员工个人信息变动进行更新。
Others 其他
Perform any duties as assigned by the management deemed necessary.
执行任何管理层委托的工作。
REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
Education 教育程度
Major in Hotel Management or Human Resources Management
酒店管理或人力资源管理专业
Experience 工作经验
Internship experience in 4-star or 5-star hotel
四星或五星级酒店相关实习经验
Job Skill / Knowledge 职业技能/知识
good knowledge of local labour law
熟悉本地劳动法
good communication skills
良好的沟通能力
knowledge and experience in social insurance process
有社会保险办理知识和经验
familiar with colleague check in and check out process
熟悉员工入职离职手续
Computer Knowledge 电脑知识
good knowledge of MS office software
良好的办公自动化软件知识
knowledge of HRMIS system
人力资源管理信息系统知识
Language Proficiency 语言能力
good command of English and Mandarin
中英文流利
