岗位职责/职位描述

在人力资源经理的监督下,协助人力资源部门的日常运作,包括行政、记录保存、与各部门的协调和员工活动的组织。

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责:

Maintain Recruitment WechatAccount

维护招聘微信公众号

Check all information written onapplication forms

审核所有求职申请表上的信息是否填写完整

Handle all new colleaguescheck-in procedures

办理所有新员工入职手续:

Issue name badge and Langham pin

制作员工名牌及朗廷司徽

ID card photo shooting and coding

为员工卡拍摄照片及编号

Assign locker and update record

分配更衣柜并更新纪录

Open colleague personnel file andfile all related documents

制作员工个人档案并将员工相关资料归档

Close colleague personnel file

封存员工人事档案

Assist on any arrangement on trainee pick up, gathering and related

协助实习生接送,月度聚会及相关的安排

Assist on purchasing or social media sharing about employee relationship

协助员工活动相关的采购或公众媒体分享

HRMIS System 人力资源管理信息系统

Input and update colleaguepersonal data

录入更新员工个人信息

Input and update all employmentcontract dates

录入更新所有雇佣合同起止日期

Input allseparated colleagues employment dates

录入所有离职员工在职起止日期

Administration行政

File all leave application forms,Personnel Notification Forms and non-salary related documents

将所有员工休假申请表、人事通知书和非工资类文件归档

Conduct dailylocker inspection

进行每日员工更衣室检查

Assist in thequarterly locker inspection

协助季度员工更衣室检查

Prepare monthlygeneral store requisition and stock take on office supplies

负责办公用品的每月需求申请及盘点

Maintain officeequipment in good operation condition and liaise with materials department andEngineering department for any repair if necessary

维护办公设备,保证其使用状态良好,必要时与物料部或工程部联系维修事宜

Update andmaintain Langham pin record

更新和维护朗廷司徽记录

Update andmaintain locker record

更新和维护更衣柜记录

Keep andmaintain colleague personnel filing system in neat and order system asspecified

根据要求保存和维护员工人事档案系统,保证其清晰有序

ColleagueSocial Activities 员工社交活动

Assist in organizing colleaguerelated social events and activities such as annual colleague outing, annualcolleague party, sports activities, festivals activities, singing contests, etc

协助组织员工有关的社交活动,如每年员工出游、员工年会、运动会、节庆活动、歌唱比赛等

Organize monthly FantasticColleague awards presentation ceremony

组织每月最佳员工颁奖仪式

Organize monthly Colleaguepromotion photo shooting and memo issuing

组织每月员工宣传照拍摄及备忘录发放

Others 其他

Perform any duties as assigned bythe management deemed necessary.

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

 Education 教育背景

Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor in Hotel Management or Human Resources Management

酒店或人力资源管理专业的证书或大专及以上学历

Other related discipline

其它相关专业学历

Experience工作经验

One year working experience, preferably in hotel industry

一年工作经验,最好有酒店工作经验

JobSkill / Knowledge 职业技能/知识

Out-going personality

性格活泼

Good communication skills

良好的沟通技巧

Office administration experience
