PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Business Plan & Event Management 商务计划&活动管理
To work closely with Director of Catering to explore new markets and packages.与宴会销售总监紧密协作,开拓新市场并推出更多服务套餐。
To develop market and business plan and strategies with Director of Catering according to market trend.配合宴会销售总监,依据市场趋势制定市场拓展、商业计划及销售策略。
To seek for new business opportunities.挖掘新的商业合作机会。
To create sales leads.开发并拓展销售线索。
2. Sales Related Activities 销售相关工作
To participate in all hotel hosting functions.出席酒店主办的各类宴会及活动。
To become the Proactive Sales force in Catering team.成为宴会销售团队中主动进取的核心销售力量。
To conduct site inspection for clients.陪同客户进行场地实地考察。
To participate Sales Blitz.参与销售突击活动。
To achieve individual Sales Blitz quota.完成个人销售突击任务指标。
To up-sell the hotel products so as to maximize revenue and profit.对酒店产品进行升级销售,实现收益与利润最大化。
To explore new market product.研发适配新市场的产品。
To attend Trade Shows.参加行业展会与商务展览。
To participate related social gathering events for exposure.参与各类社交活动,提升品牌与个人曝光度。
3. Communications 沟通协调工作
To attend daily briefing and catering meeting.出席每日工作简报会及宴会部门会议。
4. Administration and Others 行政及其他工作
Carry out any other duties as and when required by the Director of Catering.完成宴会销售总监安排的其他各项工作任务。
To revert complaint and comments from guests to management.收集并向管理层反馈客人投诉与意见。
To maximize space utilization of all function space for profit.合理规划使用所有宴会场地,实现空间利用率与收益最大化。
5. Personal Training and Development 个人培训与发展
To conduct training sessions to new catering associates on product knowledge and general policy and procedures.为宴会部新员工开展产品知识、规章制度及工作流程培训。
To support departmental trainer for new colleagues.协助部门培训师完成新员工培训工作。
REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
1. Education 教育学历
Higher Diploma or equivalent professional hotel training is preferred.大专及以上学历,有酒店相关专业培训经历者优先。
2. Experience 工作经验
At least 2 years relevant hotel experience.具备2年及以上酒店相关工作经验。
Concrete on the road sales experience is a must.必须拥有扎实的外勤销售经验。
3. Job Skill / Knowledge 工作技能/知识
Knowledge of Delphi system is an advantage.熟悉Delphi系统者优先。
Hands on experience in handling different events.具备独立承办各类活动的实操经验。
Basic menu concepts and catering product knowledge.掌握基础菜单知识及宴会产品相关知识。
4. Computer Knowledge 电脑技能
Knowledge of MS office software.熟练使用微软办公软件。
5. Language Proficiency 语言能力
Proficiency in English and Putonghua is a must.中英文流利,普通话标准。
Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English.具备优秀的英语口语及书面沟通能力。
