The Assistant Chief
Concierge is responsible for overseeing the operations of the following areas
and positions - Concierge, Bell Captain, Doormen, Bellmen and Valet Parking.
The Assistant Chief Concierge must empower these teams to create memorable
experiences for the hotel guests by delivering genuine service with poise. The
Assistant Chief Concierge must drive the key metrics, enable training and coaching
to achieve GSI, CSI,
KPI and financial targets.
副礼宾司的工作职责为监督以下区域和岗位的日常运作：礼宾柜台，行李主管，门童，行李员和待客泊车员。副礼宾司必须授权于这些团队提供真诚的服务从而为宾客创造印象深刻的体验。副礼宾司必须发展其工作重点，加强培训，指导并达到服务相关营运指标以及财务目标。
