·        Directly responsible for therestaurants area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within theframework of the hotel.

·        Responsible to maintain theoverall welfare of our colleagues by providing them with the training andresources to take care of our guests.

·        Achieve departmental budgetgoals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficientcost expenditure.

·        Be responsible for the monthlydepartment Profit & Loss Statement.
