· To process of all reservations inquiries,
booking and customer service requests in an efficient, accurate manner,
responsible for the execution of strategies in relation to inventory control
and selling

PRINCIPAL
RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
With proper
telephone etiquette, answer all incoming calls within 3 rings with a
smiling tone of voice
使用恰当的电话礼仪，以微笑的态度在3声铃响前接听电话
Handle all faxes
and email in regards to reservations and reply in a timely manner
处理所有与预订有关的传真和电子邮件，并适时回复
Accepts
reservations according to the room situation and availability
根据客房情况和是否可用接受预订
Know the product
well including facilities, packages, promotions daily events and
activities.
充分了解酒店产品包括：酒店设施，套餐，每日促销活动
Maintain updated
guest history profile and link such information to respective
reservations.
维护更新客户的历史简述，并将这些信息链接到每个预订中
Maintain accurate
filing system in an
organized and systematic manner.
以有条理有系统的的方式，准确进行文件归档系统
Check all expected
arrival bookings to ensure information are accurate and most updated.
核对所有预期到达的预订，以确保信息准确并及时更新
Carry out further
duties as and when required or assigned by Reservations Supervisor
在需要时履行其他预订主管要求的职责
Do the set up for all the promotion related, like promotion code,
rate code etc.
在系统中完成所有有关促销活动的设置，如促销代码，房价代码等
In charge of group booking handling
负责所有团队预订
Perform any duties
assigned by the Management deemed necessary.
执行任何管理层委托的工作。
REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
