岗位职责/职位描述

SCOPE 范围

To provide secretarial
support and to assist with administrative duties within the Food & Beverage
Division. Whenever requested and necessary also provide assistance to
operational department during busy time as hostess or assist F&B team
during Food & Beverage promotions or any other type of help requested.

确保餐饮部后勤部门每天正常的基本运作。当有需要时协助餐饮部营运部门,充当迎宾员、辅助餐饮推广活动或提供其他形式的帮助。

PRINCIPAL
RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

  • To maintain a strict confidentiality of all information and documents. Under no circumstances is such information to be communicated to anyone without the approval of the Director of Food & Beverage.

严格保管好所有的机密文档, 在没有得到餐饮总监的允许下不得和其他任何部门进行信息上的交流。

  • To be able to handle skilfully office automation software such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. both in Chinese and English version.

能自如地使用中英版本的电脑软件, 例如:Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook等

  • To translate and interpret orally and written documents.

能进行日常的文件翻译工作

  • To receive dictation, compose, type letters, correspondences, contracts, memo, reports etc.

可以接受日常的听写, (语言)组织, 打印信件, 通信, 合同, 备忘, 日常报表等工作

  • To handle mailings, faxes and incoming correspondences of all sections.

能管理好所有的邮件收发,传真和应收通信的存档

  • To schedule and properly prepare all documents for Director of Food & Beverage’s approval.

在餐饮总监的认同下准备一切所需的书面文件

  • To receive telephone calls, take messages and inform related persons when available aligned with LHI standards.

按照朗廷标准,接受好所有来电,作好留言并通知到相应的人

  • To greet and handle all guests, both internal and external according to LHI standards.

按照朗廷标准随时做好迎接和处理(对内和对外)的宾客事宜

  • To keep Director of Food & Beverage appointments, engagements and meetings and to assist in planning his day.

协助餐饮总监的安排含商务约见, 日常约会以及会议的工作

  • To organize and attend meetings, including the preparation of agenda and minutes.

组织好会议安排, 需要参加其会议时要准备好会议章程并完成会议记录

  • To keep track and ensure the proper maintenance of all paper documents and filing.

确保完成好所有书面工作的存档

  • To properly maintain the Corporate Standards of Operations and the Local Standards of Operations.

依据当地实施的酒店标准开展工作

  • To assist in other areas of the Food & Beverage Department as required.

当餐饮部其他部门有需要帮忙时请协助完成

  • To respond to the changes in department functions as dictated by the industry, the company or the hotel.

服从行业、公司或者是酒店对部门功能做出的调整。

  • To provide courteous and professional service and to maintain good working relationships with all hotel colleagues.

为酒店内的所有其他同事提供专业的服务,并保持良好的工作关系

  • To have a complete understanding of the hotel colleagues handbook and to adhere to the regulations contained therein

完全明白并遵守酒店员工手册内的所有条款

  • To have a complete understanding of the hotel policies relating to fire, safety and hygiene.

完全明白酒店内的规章制度以及消防, 食品卫生的制度

  • Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

Education 教育学历

  • Minimum vocational school.

至少为专业学校毕业。

Experience 经验

  • Minimum 3 years secretary experience.

至少3年以上相关工作经验

  • Excellent office organization skills.

出色的办公室组织领导能力

Computer Knowledge 电脑知识

  • Knowledge of MS office software, worked with Micros, Opera, MC, and major operating systems

会使用微软办公软件,Micros, Opera, MC及主要营运系统

  • Good typing skills and computer literal.

熟练的电脑打字

Language Proficiency 语言能力

  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.

具备优秀的英语和普通话表达能力。
