· Assist in thepreparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecastingtechniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.

· Assist inaccurately forecasting business demands to ensure efficient staffing & foodproduction.

· Enforceoperational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.

· Beresponsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at alltimes.

· Enforcesanitation checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.

· Beresponsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.

· Assist in thedevelopment and implementation of management training plans for subordinatemanagers and supervisors on a quarterly basis in conjunction with HumanResource Department.

REQUIREMENTS 职位要求
Education 教育学历
· MinimumVocational School
毕业于专业学校。
Experience 经验
· Minimum 4years restaurant operations experience, at least 1 year management/supervisorsexperience.
