岗位职责/职位描述

To assist the Cachet Manager in the day to dayoperations of the restaurant in such a manner as to maximize revenues andminimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction, colleaguewelfare, and profit margins.

协助凯旋餐厅经理管理餐厅每天的运营, 关注客人,提升顾客满意度,保障同事福利,尽可能在控制成本的基础上实现利润最大化。

PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

·        Assistthe Cachet Manager in being responsible for therestaurant area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within theframework of the hotel.

协助凯旋餐厅经理负责整个餐厅,保证餐厅营运顺畅,使酒店的运营处在一个收益的框架上。

·        Assistin maintaining the overall welfare of our colleagues by providing them with thetraining and resources to take care of our guests.

协助凯旋餐厅经理保障所有同事的福利,培训和资源,只有这样同事才能照顾好我们的客人。

·        Assistto achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increasedsales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.

协助凯旋餐厅经理通过增加销售营业额和有效率的开支来完成预算目标以保持最大化利润。

·        Workwith the Cachet Manager to be responsible for themonthly department Profit & Loss Statement.

协助凯旋餐厅经理每月召开部门会议陈述餐厅收益和未完成的指标。

·        Perform anyduties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.

执行任何管理层委托的工作。

OPERATIONS运营

 

·        Assist in thepreparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecastingtechniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.

参考历史纪录和客房率预测,协助凯旋餐厅经理制定一份可行的部门年度指标。

·        Assist inaccurately forecasting business demands to ensure efficient staffing & foodproduction.

协助凯旋餐厅经理正确的预计商业需求已确保最有效率的人员配备和食物生产。

·        Ensure theawareness & enforcement of all Langham’s Policyand procedure.

认识和实施所有朗廷酒店的政策和程序.

·        Enforceoperational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.

定期的复习和更新标准以确保运营。

·        Beresponsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at alltimes.

时刻保持部门的安全和卫生设备的标准。

·        Enforcesanitation checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.

严格执行卫生设备检查,所有部门每月检查一次。

·        Beresponsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.

协助上级保管好部门所有的财产和设备。

·        Conduct apreventative maintenance on a monthly basis.

每月进行一次餐厅设备的保修和维护。

·        Above all, tolead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our colleagues to excel.

综上所述,要以身作则,为同事树立起良好的榜样,激励同事的工作热情。

HUMANRESOURCES人力资源

 

·        Assist in thedevelopment and implementation of management training plans for subordinatemanagers and supervisors on a quarterly basis in conjunction with HumanResource Department.

发展和培养对督导的培训, 拟定计划上传给人事部总监。

·        Assist in theexecution of all colleague performance reviews in a professional and timelymanner.

以专业的工作态度,协助凯旋餐厅经理按时为同事们进行工作表现评估。

·        Assist in allaspects of colleague management including hiring, discipline in conjunctionwith the Cachet Manager.

协助凯旋餐厅经理招聘同事,贯彻酒店规章制度。

·        Assist inconducting an effective monthly colleague meeting with minutes and forwarded toF & B and Human Resource Department.

协助凯旋餐厅经理举办每月的同事会议,并把会议记录转抄给餐饮总监和人事部。

·        Practice “open door” policy to all colleagues.

对每位同事实行开放式政策。

·        All details regulatory framework referto Colleague Handbook.

所有规章制度请参照员工手册。

ADMINISTRATIVE行政管理

 

·        Beresponsible for all accounting and billing procedures in the outlets.

负责餐厅的财务及账单。

·        Be responsiblefor the accurate supervision of the colleague time control and payroll systemsby working with Accounting and Human Resource Department.

通过和财务部及人力资源部的合作,精确管理好每位同事的加班时间和考勤

·        Assist inplanning colleagues’ outing activity to promote teamwork.

协助凯旋餐厅经理制订同事外出活动,促进团队合作精神。

·        Promotepositive inter-departmental relations through candid communication andcooperation.

通过坦率的交流和配合,积极的建立跨部门的沟通与合作关系。

·        Respond toguest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriatemanner.

关注客人的需求,在24小时内以适当的方式去回应。

·        Perform anyreasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or againstthe law.

完成管理层制定的一切合理要求。(不威胁生命,不违反法律)

MARKETING市场推广

 

·        Assist in thedevelopment & execution of marketing plans for the outlet.

协助发展和完成销售计划,扩大部门的市场占有率。

·        Be aware ofcompetitors in the market & assist in a competition analysis on a quarterlybasis.

每个季度要熟悉竞争者的市场并加以分析。

 REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

Education 教育学历

·        MinimumVocational School

毕业于专业学校。

Experience 经验

·        Minimum 4years restaurant operations experience, at least 1 year management/supervisorsexperience.

四年餐厅工作经验和至少有一年以上的餐厅管理/主管经验。
