PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责


·        Directly responsible for the restaurant area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.

直接全面负责整个餐厅,保证餐厅营运顺畅,使酒店的运营处在一个收益的框架上

·        Lead T’ang Court serviceand chef team to elevate overall product and service quality, to improve guestsatisfaction and increase revenue.

带领唐阁服务和厨师团队提升产品和服务水平,以提升客人的满意度和收入业绩。

·        Responsible for maintainthe overall welfare of our colleagues by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.

有责任去保障所有同事的福利,培训和资源,只有这样同事才能照顾好我们的客人。

·        Achieve departmental budgetgoals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.

通过增加更多的收益和有效率的开支来完成预算目标以保持最大化利润。

·        Be responsible for themonthly department Profit and Loss Statement.

每月召开部门会议陈述餐厅收益和未完成的指标。

·        Work together with PRdepartment in order to create success story and continue to keep the Tang Court Brand very high, along with signature dishes

与公关部合作,为唐阁创造出成功的未来,并持续保持唐阁品牌及其招牌菜的高标准

·        Supports and agrees alreadyestablished F&B concept briefs, direction and strategies as part of teamdeliver with his best abilities; also contributes with new ideas and experience to reach new heights through team work and consensus from the team itself 

·        支持并认可已建立的餐饮概念、指导及方针,并视为行动准则的一部分;并且将其与新想法级经验结合,通过团队合作及团队成员的认可来达到新的高度

·        Periodically market food promotions with Executive Chinese Chef to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue.

与中餐总厨做定期市场食品促销活动,以提高客户满意度并增加销售收入。


REQUIREMENTS 职位要求


·        Minimum vocational school.

至少为专业学校毕业。

·        Minimum 8 years Chinese restaurant operations experience, at least 2 year Michelin restaurant management experience.

五年餐厅工作经验和至少有两年以上的米其林餐厅管理经验。

·        Demonstrated good technical knowledge of restaurant operations.

具备优秀的专业的餐厅运营知识。
·        Demonstrated strong hospitality and communication skills.

有较好的服务精神和沟通技巧。

·        Knowledge of MS office software

能够使用日常的办公室软件。

·        Demonstrated excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.

具备优秀的英语和普通话表达能力
