PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Main Duties :
1. Assisting manager in the outlet’s operation.
2. Associate duty roster and station plan.
3. Handling of guests complains.
4. Checking on associate discipline, grooming standards and punctuality.
5. Ensuring of service standards during operations and also to give training and guidance.
6. Checking of guests’ satisfaction and proper handling of feedback and follow-up.
7. Performs opening duties as assigned. (Check list)
8. Performs closing duties as assigned. (Check list)
9. Bar maintenance and housekeeping.
10. To update and disseminate relevant information to associates.
11. Associate development, counseling and resolving staff conflict
