The Bellman is responsible for the safe and efficient transfer and storage of hotel guests luggage, delivery of messages and other tasks as required by the Bell Captain. The Bellmen must deliver service with poise and respond to guest requests efficiently and effectively following the department standards and procedures so they exceed the guest’s expectation. The Bellmen must complete all tasks by closing the job in the FCS system. The Bellmen must support the key metrics to achieve GSI, CSI, KPI and financial targets.
