顶楼餐厅酒吧领位 Tales Hostess

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1、负责顶楼餐厅酒吧的宾客迎接、领位及送客服务，确保每位客人得到热情、专业的接待。
Responsible for greeting, seating and seeing off guests at the rooftop restaurant & bar, ensuring every guest receives warm and professional reception.
2、熟练掌握餐厅菜单、酒水单及当日特色推荐，主动回答宾客问询，并协助提供点餐建议。
Be familiar with restaurant menu, beverage list and daily specials, proactively answer guest inquiries and assist with ordering recommendations.
3、与服务员及后厨保持高效沟通，及时传递宾客特殊需求（如过敏信息、座位偏好等）。
Maintain effective communication with servers and kitchen team, promptly pass on guests’ special requests such as allergy information and seating preferences.
4、协助处理宾客投诉或突发状况，及时上报主管并跟进解决，保证宾客满意度。
Assist in handling guest complaints or emergencies, report to supervisors timely and follow up on resolutions to guarantee guest satisfaction.
5、配合完成餐厅酒吧各类晚宴、节日活动及派对的宾客引导与流程协调工作。
Support guest guidance and process coordination for all dinners, festive events and parties held at the Tales bar.

1、形象大方，气质亲和，具备良好的服务意识与沟通表达能力。
Neat appearance and approachable personality, with good service awareness and communication skills.
2、工作认真细致，责任心强，能适应排班制。
Meticulous and responsible at work, able to work on a shift schedule.
3、具备英语听说能力者优先，能进行日常问候及引导用语。
Candidates with English listening and speaking skills are preferred, capable of daily greetings and guest guidance.
4、抗压能力强，性格开朗，热爱服务行业，愿意在高端酒店环境长期发展。
Strong stress resistance, outgoing personality, passion for hospitality industry and willingness for long-term development in luxury hotel environment.
