Job Summary:
To ensure that the Butler Service concept and Guest Room final product are maintained at a high standard expected in a St. Regis. The Butler is the Main contact with all Guests in the hotel. To anticipate and deliver Guests request and answer Guest questions on a consistent basis to exceed their expectations.
