岗位概述 PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
作为行政助理,协助行政部门的日常工作,处理行政办公室事务。
As an EO assistant, assist daily work of Executive Office and handle Executive Office affairs.
岗位职责 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.安排及预约会议,正确记录会议纪要并及时传送到相关人员。
Arrange and reserve meetings, accurately record meeting minutes and promptly transmit them to relevant person.
2.接听行政办公室的电话,了解其他部门的工作职责,并与各部门良好合作。
Answer calls in Executive Office, understand job responsibilities of other departments, and cooperate well with each department.
3.准备和维护文档、报告、信函等相关业务资料。
Prepare and maintain relevant business materials such as documents, reports and letters.
4.完成上级交待的其它任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
岗位要求 POSITION REQURIEMENTS:
1.2年及以上相关工作经验,有在酒店工作经验者优先考虑。
Minimum 2 years related working experiences, preferably in hotel.
2.具有良好的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。
Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
3.熟练操作办公软件,熟练掌握秘书工作技能,如数据分析、档案管理和办公室工作流程等。
Good computer skills in Microsoft office and secretarial skills such as data analysis, archives management, and office workflow, etc.
