岗位概述:
1.监督员工的操作程序是根据餐厅的标准。
2.确保并保持高质量的相关介绍及监督和控制好餐饮服务,高限度地提高盈利和客户满意度。
3.与餐饮员工保持良好人际关系以及其他部门员工的关系。
4.协助餐厅经理及餐厅副经理完成餐厅每月预算。
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
1. To Supervises junior staffs and oversees operation in her/his respective outlet.
2. Ensuring and maintaining the highest standard of quality in relate to presentation, supervision and control of food and beverage service in order to maximize profitability and customers’ satisfaction.
3. Maintains excellent relations and communications with his restaurant team members as well as all other hotel department.
4. Assisting the Restaurant / Assistant Restaurant Manager to achieve the monthly budget for their respective restaurant.
