Job Summary:
Functions as the property’s strategic financial businessleader.
The position champions, develops and implementsproperty-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceedthe needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and propertyemployees.
The position provides the financial expertise to enablethe successful implementation of the brand service strategy and brandinitiatives while maximizing the return on investment.
In addition, creates and executes a businessplan that is aligned with the property and brand’s business strategy andfocuses on the execution of financial and accounting activities and thedelivery of desirable financial results.

Leading Finance & Accounting Teams
Anticipating and Delivering on the Needs of Key Stakeholders
Developing and Maintaining Finance and Accounting Goals
Managing Projects and Policies
Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities
Job Knowledge/Skills:
Strong supervisory & leadership skills
Well developed business acumen
At least 3 years working experience as Finance Controller in International Hospitality Group.
