专职管家（俄语）Butler Russian Speaker

岗位概述：
1.确保管家服务理念保持瑞吉的高标准；
2.管家是酒店里和所有客人接触最多的人；
3.预知客人的要求并应答客人的问题，向其提供超出他们期望的服务；
4.为俄语客人提供管家服务，翻译俄语为英文或中文，协助管家团队及其他需要支持的部门完成任务。
Job Summary:
1.To ensure that the Butler Service concept and Guest Room final product are maintained at a high standard expected in a St. Regis.
2.The Butler is the Main contact with all Guests in the hotel.
3.To anticipate and deliver Guests request and answer Guest questions on a consistent basis to exceed their expectations.
4.Provide butler services for Russian guests, translate Russian into English or Chinese, and assist butler team and other departments in need of support to complete tasks.
