岗位概述 Job Summary:
协助餐厅经理成功地管理独立收支的餐厅,并确保部门运作符合酒店标准及使客人满意,以及计划,组织,指导和控制餐厅部门的运作及管理。
To assist manager in managing respective restaurant revenues as successful independent profit center, ensuring guest satisfaction consistent with hotel standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling, food and beverage operation and administration to ensure high level consistency in smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
职责义务 Duties & Responsibilities:
1.协助餐厅经理确保部门运作顺畅,确保宾客满意度;
To assist manager to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
2.协助餐厅经理分配并指导下属并且实时的检查工作情况,按照服务标准做好培训工作;
To assist manager for daily job assignment, to supervise and provide guidance and conduct training to hosts based on service standard.
岗位要求 Job Knowledge / skill:
1. 具备日常英文沟通能力;
Good English communication skills in daily operation.
2.至少两年以上在国际酒店中相关岗位经验;
Minimum 2 years' experience in similar position in international chain hotels.
3.专科或专科以上学历。
College or University Diploma.
