岗位概述Job Summary:
在散客销售总监的领导下,抓住随时发生的生意机会,完成或超越完成指定市场的客房收入预算。
Under the supervision of Director of Sales, Leisure, seize business opportunities, responsible for achieving / exceeding room revenue budget in their designate markets.
岗位职责 Duties &Responsibilities:
1.本着双赢合作、解决问题、互相信任的原则与客户建立关系,发展客户。
Build relationship with accounts based on “win-win” negotiation, problem solving and mutual trust and to develop new accounts for assigned regions.
2.参加会议,准备计划并进行销售预约,撰写销售拜访报告。
Attend relevant meetings, plan and prepare appointments and reports for sales trips.
3.处理指定责任区所有收到的咨询,并在一定的时间内有效的回应客户的需求。
Handles all incoming enquiries within the assigned area of responsibility and responds to customer needs effectively and in a timely manner.
岗位要求 Requirements:
1.英文书写及口语流利。
Fluent in written and spoken English.
2.可以熟练使用电脑办公软件。
Proficient in using office software.
3.大学本科及以上学历。
University bachelor's degree and above.
4.独立工作和团队工作的能力,良好沟通技巧,自我激励。
Ability to work independently and as a team; Good communication skill, self-motivated.
5.至少2年同岗位工作经验。
Minimum of 2 years sales manager experience working in a managerial capacity.
