【Job Responsibilities】
1. Be responsible for the overall management of the hotel's Human Resources Department, and formulate and implement human resources planning.
2. Be responsible for establishing and improving various systems and regulations related to personnel, labor relations, performance assessment, appointment, promotion, rewards and punishments, etc.
3. Be responsible for the recruitment of senior management personnel in the hotel and the construction of a talent reserve pool.
4. Implement the hotel's policies, regulations and provisions regarding personnel allocation, salary rewards, labor protection and welfare, and safety production.
5. Organize the preparation of reports on salary, personnel, attendance, performance assessment, etc.
6. Formulate and improve the hotel's organizational structure, salary system, and performance management system.
【Job Requirements】
1. College degree or above, with over 3 years of working experience in the same position.
2. Rich experience in hotel recruitment, contract management, salary system, staff training, performance assessment, accident prevention, and government relations.
3. Familiar with national and regional labor laws, regulations and related policies.
4. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
5. Major in management and have received systematic training in human resource management theory.
