预定文员 Reservation Agent

岗位概述 Job summary:
确保酒店预订与酒店的服务目标及程序保持一致，并提高酒店入住率。
The reservations sales agent shall ensure hotel reservations are in line with hotel's service goals and procedure, and increase hotel's occupancy rate.
岗位职责 Duties & Responsibilities:
1.依照工作程序，记录、处理预订及咨询。
Recordsand handle sinquiries, bookings in accordance with department’s routine.
2.深刻了解酒店产品知识，以便向客人介绍并销售酒店服务和产品。
Have a thorough understanding of hotel product knowledge in order to introduce and sell hotel services and products to guests.
3.与客户及其他部门沟通合作，提前做好预定准备工作。
Communicates and cooperates with customers, and other departments to prepare and find solutions for arrangements for guests in advance.
岗位要求 PositionRequirements:
1.1年及以上相关工作经验。
Minimum1 year related working experiences.
2.具有良好的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。
Goodoral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
3.积极主动，沟通协调能力强，注重细节；熟练操作办公软件，可以在压力下工作。
Proactive, strong communication and coordination skills, with attention to detail. Good computer skills in Microsoft office and have ability to work under pressure.
