岗位描述 SUMMARY OF POSITION
1.具备专业的餐饮酒水知识和正确的操作程序,指导员工,服务顾客,确保顾客的满意。协助经理维持部门正常运营。
Direct staff and serve guest needs by providingexceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items as well as informationregarding preparation methods while ensuring guest satisfaction. Assistmanagers to maintain normal operations.
2.根据瑞吉酒店的服务标准,向顾客提供高品质,专业,友好的服务使顾客有一个快乐的就餐经历。
The ability to offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to The St. Regis standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
3.在顾客提出需要之前,预知顾客的要求,同时满足其要求。
The ability to anticipate and service of guest’s requirements before requests are necessary.
4.根据标准铺好所有餐桌,完成必须的开档和收档工作。
The ability to complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
5.能够向顾客解释菜单上的所有菜品及每日特色菜。
The ability to present menus and explanations for all menu items as well as specials of the day.
岗位要求 PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
1.One to two years previous experience as captain, supervisory or senior server position in luxury hotel.
拥有不少於两年在奢华酒店的领班或高级服务员经验。
2.大专生或同等学历。
College degree or equivalent.
3.英文口语流畅,能够与客人日常对话。
Fluent in spoken English, able to have daily conversations with guests.
