The Guest Service Agent is responsible for overall guest satisfaction by creating delightful arrival and departure experiences with guests in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the hotel.
1. Enjoy interacting with guests and have a natural ability to
serve and delight them.
2. A team player with ability to multi-task and remain
composed at all times.
3. Basic computer and typing skills.
4. Good communication of English and Mandarin, both
spoken and written (Cantonese would be an advantage).
