The incumbent will be the first contact for all guests attending restaruant at the hotel and will provide service that goes beyond the guests’ expectations by anticipating their needs and performing service based standards set forth by management. He/she will also be responsible for handling special requests and maintaining a clean and organized work station.
1. Extensive menu and wine list knowledge.
2. English language skill is beneficial.
3. Highly responsible & reliable.
4. Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
5. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
6. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and
courteous at all times.
