1. To
greet customers and seat them accordingly.
问候客人并正确地带领客人入座。
2. To
take food and beverage orders and serve them according to the established
service sequence.

3. Must
be able to deal with any type of requests and inquiries on food and beverage.
必需能解决任何与食物和饮料有关的问题。
4. Have
a precise knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the
menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations, as well as
up-sell alternatives.

5. To
be flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the
Food and Beverage Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.
