Job Responsibilities
岗位职责
·Coordinate banquet activities with banquet Manager and assistant manager.
配合宴会经理及副经理协调宴会活动。
· Greet guests, communicate with them from beginning to end, and make reasonable suggestions.
问候客人，并和客人从头至尾沟通活动细节，且适时提出合理化建议。
· Submit engineering repair bill to engineering department.
向工程部递交工程维修单。
· After work, check all areas of the banquet to ensure that the hall and all kinds of equipment are properly placed and clean.
工作结束后检查宴会所有区域，确保厅房和各种设备设施的正确摆放并干净整 洁
· Be able to prepare tables and equipment for various activities.
能为各种活动做好台型图及设备方面的准备。
· Assign work to party members prior to the event.
在活动开始前为宴会成员分配工作。
· Able to work on all shifts and as assigned by manager.
能够胜任所有班次及经理安排的工作。
· Master all kinds of activities of the table setting method
全面掌握各种类型活动的摆台方法。
Qualifications
岗位要求
· Self-motivated; Good at communication.
有上进心；善于沟通。
· Able to work independently.
可以独立的完成工作。
· At least 1 year banquet foreman working experience.
有1年以上的宴会领班工作经验。
· Knowledge of Chinese and Western banquet service.
具备中西餐宴会服务知识。
