We are looking for the DOSM for JW Marriott & Sheraton Sanya HTB Resort, the Key Expected Criteria as bellow:
1, Luxury hotel background;
2, Oversees the Sales & Marketing Department and works with the Excom in achieving the hotel's market positioning and revenue goals;
3, Provides support and advice to the General Manager in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Sales & Marketing issues of the brand and the hotel;
4, Protects and guards Corporate Standards, Brand integrity and Hotel image;
5, Knowledge of current trends in industry.
