6. Report accidentsand damages promptly to the Housekeeping Coordinator. Ensure the required paperwork iscompleted immediately.

7. Explain and promotehotel facilities and services whenever possible.
在需要的时候向客人解释和促销酒店的设施和服务。
8. Ensure that allcolleagues comply with the grooming and uniform Standards

Take personal responsibility to all the floor master keysare used under control and conduct spot check on regular basis.

9. Comply with allCorporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures. Ensure all of them are in linewith the brand standard and quality assurance requirement.
