The Assistant Welcome Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Welcome Relations Managers, Welcome Desk, Executive Floor and WW teams ensuring that responsible areas maintain the standards and operational procedures detailed in the hotel’s HIDs.

Furthermore assist the Director of Welcome in leading W and Marriott branded programs, conducting internal training programs and other duties/responsibilities that may be delegated to ensure the ongoing improvement and a smooth operation of the department. Assist the Director of Welcome in his daily tasks and act as such in his absence.
