首席调酒师 Head Mixologist

职位描述Responsibility:
1.To provide exceeding world class service to each and every customer.
给予每一位客人高质量的鸡尾酒调制服务。
2.Full comprehension of all beverage and cocktail lists inclusive of preparation, method and correct service presentation.Preparation of coffees, teas and other hot beverages to the required presentation standard and temperature.
充分的了解各类饮料及鸡尾酒的准备、制作方式及正确的呈现方式。准时做好咖啡、茶水和其他热饮的供应准备。
3.Take charge of individual tasks and responsibilities given to you by the Dining room manager/ Assistant manager or head bartender and expedite this to the specifications given to you
对大堂吧经理布置的各项工作认真负责，并能高效完成。能够对调酒师进行专业培训。
岗位要求Work requirements:
1.Serious, Confident,Takes Initiative,Customer-oriented
认真自信，积极主动，以客户为导向，服务意识较强
2.Interested in F&B，Two years work experience
有意从事餐饮服务行业，5年以上专业调酒师工作经验（不限酒店或独立酒吧）
3.Good team player and able to work under pressure
良好的团队合作精神，能够在压力下工作
