Assist and responsible to DOEand ADOE to manage Engineering operations for interior/exterior facilitiesincluding electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heating, cooling, structural,ground care and parking areas. Manage other engineering work necessary tomaintain the property in an optimum and efficient condition to ensure thesafety and comfort of guests and employees.

Toensure New Marriott policies & procedures of group are implemented andmaintained.

Totrouble shoot and make recommendation for remedial action for systemdeficiencies.

Toinitial proposed operating & capital expenditures budget pertaining toPOMEC system to Director of Engineering for consideration.

Managethe purchasing, inventory and price value relationship of all parts and tools.
管理所有部件和工具的采购、库存和价格的关系。
Toconduct bimonthly inspection of the engineering work places, equipment andtools to ensure it is free of danger and hazard.
