§ 建立和优化酒店直连数字渠道(Hyatt WeChat,Hyatt.com,WOH APP, Hyatt Fliggy Flagship Store)以及其他数字渠道(携程、美团、抖音、酒店微信等)的电子商务平台,提升酒店的收入和竞争力
Build and optimize hotel's e-commerce presence on Direct Digital Channel (Hyatt WeChat,Hyatt.com,WOH APP, Hyatt Fliggy Flagship Store), as well as Exteral DigitalChannels(Ctrip,Meituan, Douyin and Hotel WeChat, etc.)
§ 与酒店收益管理团队紧密合作,设计和管理酒店的产品和产品;确保所有数字渠道的企业政策如BRG和Rate Parity得到真正实施,以遵循直接战略并推动数字份额。
Work closely with hotel Revenue Management team , to design and manage hotel's products and offerings, including calendar room, voucher, and other type of digital products; ensure corporate policies like BRG and Rate Parity across all digital channels are truly implemented to follow Direct Strategy and drive digital share.
§ 与酒店和枢纽的跨职能团队合作,确保数字渠道的顺利运作,包括但不限于财务流程、直接连接、产品上传和优化、功能升级等。该角色还需要以高效的方式处理来自数字渠道的客户咨询和投诉,并跟进以确保问题得到满意的解决。
Work with hotel's and hub's cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth digital channel operation including but not limited to finance process, direct connection, product upload and optimize, feature upgrade and etc. The role is also required to handle customer's inquiries and complaints from digital channels in an efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Initiate e-commerce campaigns & promotions that aim to drive revenue. and positively participate in campaigns& promotions initiated by Hyatt Hub & Global teams or channel partners. Working closely with Greater China Digital Team for the best outcomes.
§ 建立年度完整的整合传播计划,包括可测量的目标、策略和执行计划
To establish an annual and fully integrated communications programme with measurable objectives, strategies and action steps.
§ 协助准备、使用和更新年度营销计划,按照部门分支尽量细节化
To assist in the preparation, utilisation and update of an Annual Marketing Plan, broken down as necessary by division and/or department.
§ 通过投入产出指数的分析来测量、解释、确定紧要次序并且评估行销企划活动的效果,并且在必要时调整行销企划策略
To measure, interpret, prioritise and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications activities through an ROI analysis and adjust as necessary.
§ 开发并维持与媒体及其工作人员的积极联系,评估所有媒体要约和宣传
To develop and maintain active contacts with the press and key media people, and evaluate all media solicitations and exposures.
§ 协助监测所有当前国外和本地公众对酒店的态度和评述
To monitor all current attitudes and public statements concerning the hotel in foreign and local media.
§ 确保酒店对有关定位、促销、公司形象和其他活动的适当到位宣传
To ensure adequate targeted publicity and coverage of the hotel’s positioning, promotional programmes, corporate image building and other activities.
§ 评估酒店对广告的需求和发布机会、对于和当地媒体合作进行的活动需事先征得营销总监和总经理的同意
To assess advertising needs and opportunities for the hotel and obtain initial approval of local media campaign proposals from the Director of Marketing and General Manager.
