monthly and annual personal target and the outlet’s revenue.
2. 协助进行月度的再度预测。
Assists in the
monthly reforecasting.
3. 确保与财务记录的保留、钱款处理和许可以及及时而准确的财政信息的上报全部符合酒店、公司和本地的制度、政策和规章的规定。
Ensures that all
hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial
record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the
timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
4. 每月目标任务以按其完成餐厅营业额预算的比例进行分配，餐厅的营业额预算为酒店年度商业计划为准。
Sales
target % according restaurant monthly budget, the restaurant budget is based on
hotel business plan.
5. 与餐饮部经理，餐厅经理一起准备年度市场计划，作为完成餐饮部年度市场计划的依据。
Prepares
with the Outlet team, a yearly marketing plan which is the basis of the Food
and Beverage Annual Marketing Plan.
6. 协助各餐厅做好餐厅及餐饮产品的推广及销售工作，包括与第三方的合作，酒店官方账号等平台的运营。
Assistant
each restaurant to promote F&B product and sale, including third party
cooperation, hotel account platform.
7. 负责计划及实施餐饮部时令产品和礼盒的销售推广工作，能够出色完成并确保达到收入预期目标。
In
charge of F&B product and hamper plan and sales, ensure to complete in line
with hotel budget.
8. 不断寻求市场和公关方面的机会以加强关注力并最终带来生意。
Continuously
seeks Marketing and Public Relations opportunities to increase awareness and
