3.Assist General Manager and Director of Rooms in all areas to ensure a correct and smoothly operation department.

4.Responsible for GSS scores on Arrival Experience and Received Preferred Room Type.
为宾客满意度调查中抵店经历和获得喜欢房型部分的分值负责。
5.Ensure Guest Relations team is positively affecting GSS scores for Problem Experienced by resolving guest issues timely, effectively, and professionally while hotel interest is observed.
确保宾客关系团队通过及时、有效、专业的解决宾客遇到的问题,同时保留酒店权益,对宾客满意度调查产生积极的影响。
6.Hand on for all Front Office operations including Front Desk, Concierge, AYS, and Executive Lounge.
负责前厅运营包括前台,礼宾,AYS和行政酒廊。
