一 POSITION SUMMARY 职位描述
Under the general guidance and supervision of Director of Catering Sales and adhering to policies and procedures as meted out by the designated hotel. Manage all aspects of the Catering Sales operation including the selling of all food and beverage functions, conferences and banquets. Devising signature events, amenities and set-ups that enhances the appeal to generate incremental revenue for the designated Hotel.
