Job Duties & Responsibilities
1.The incumbent will be adequately empowered to make decisions in various situations relating to guest complaints, staff issues and other coordinating department issues.
2.Responsible for ensuring that food and beverage sales are properly processed through the electronic register and that all dockets and cash are accounted for in accordance with Sheraton Policy and Procedures and to provide service to guests as and when directed by the Restaurant Managers.
3.Leading the associates to provide excellent service to the guests and achieve department goals and objectives.
岗位职责
1、有权在特定的场合对客人的投诉、员工放权及与其它部门的沟通作出相应处理决定。
2、确保所有客人消费都正确无误的输入电子计算系统,所有票据及现金都按照喜来登的正确步骤完成,依照餐厅经理的指示对客人提供高质量的服务。
3、带领小组成员出色完成上级交代任务,确保员工给客人提供优质的服务并达到部门目标。
Job Knowledge / Skill:
Familiar with Computer operation
Work experience in a similar position in another 5 Star Hotel for1-2years
专业知识技能:
熟悉电脑应用
1-2年其他五星酒店同职位的工作经验
