【岗位职责】
1.Supervisesand coordinates activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
监督和协调西厨房厨师和员工在食品准备方面的活动。
2.Supervisesand manages employees. Manages all day-to-day operations. Understands employeepositions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.

3.Ensurescompliance with food handling and sanitation standards.

4.Achievesand exceeds goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc.

5.Developsspecific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
制定具体的目标和计划来优先安排、组织和完成工作。
6.Comprehendsbudgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports as needed to assistin the financial management of department.
了解预算,运营报表和工资进度报告,以协助部门的财务管理。
7.Managesday-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting theexpectations of the customers on a daily basis.
管理日常运营,确保质量,标准和满足客户的日常期望。
8.Improvesservice by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs,providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.

9.Assistsas needed in the interviewing and hiring of employee team members withappropriate skills.

【岗位要求】
1.Highschool diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage,or related professional area.
高中或GED文凭;4年烹饪、餐饮或相关专业领域工作经验。
2. 2-yeardegree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and RestaurantManagement, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage,or related professional area.
2年制大学烹饪艺术、酒店和餐厅管理或相关专业毕业;2年以上烹饪、餐饮或相关专业领域工作经验。
