The hotel has total 508 guest rooms and 6 distinctive restaurants. It sits on a network of public transport, including direct underground passages to the Metro Lines 2 ,7 and 14. Its prime downtown location provides extensive convenient transportation coverage.

We are currently looking for a Service Associate - Horizon Club to join our Rooms team.
As a Service Associate - Horizon Club, we rely on you to:
•Meets up with guests regularly to obtain feedback on ways to improve the hotel’s services and facilities.
•Handles guest complaints effectively and efficiently by being responsive and receptive, and analytical.
•Within the established Delegation of Authority, he/she makes quick and correct decisions to ensure guest's satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who:
•Takes pride in being a hotelier
•Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Has a can-do attitude
•Communicates with fluency in English and local language
•Has no fear of challenges
