Jing An Shangri-La, Shanghai is located right in the heart of the Jing An central business District, it is the focal point of the Jing An Kerry Center. The hotel has total 508 guest rooms and 6 distinctive restaurants. It sits on a network of public transport,including direct underground passages to the Metro Lines 2 and 7. Its prime downtown location provides extensive convenient transportation coverage.

We are currently looking for a Service Manager - Cafe Liang (Assistant) to join our F&B team.
 
As a Service Manager - Cafe Liang  (Assistant), we rely on you to:
 
Take responsibility of restaurant colleagues, restaurant operation and the restaurant's  performanceMaximise profitability of restaurant and drive revenueEnsure a high quality of food and service are delivered to our guests at all timesMaintain a high standard in relation to service and foodTake responsibility, in partnership with the Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant
 
We are looking for someone who:
 
Has a passion for Food & BeverageLoves being creativeContinuously looks for ways to develop themselves as well as othersCommunicates with fluency in EnglishHas an in-depth understanding of restaurant operation and managementLeads by example and facilitates team cohesivenessPreferably possesses experience from a 5* international hotelAble to engage with restaurant guestsIs a self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenue
工作概述：

岗位要求：
 
对餐饮有激情喜欢创新不断寻找发展自己和他人的方法能用流利的英语交流对餐厅的经营管理有深入的了解以身作则，促进团队凝聚力具有5年国际酒店工作经验者优先能够与餐厅客人交流是否积极主动，能够推动团队优化业务收入
