The hotel has total 508 guest rooms and 6 distinctive restaurants. It sits on a network of public transport, including direct underground passages to the Metro Lines 2 and 7. We are currently looking for a Service Associate - Spa Reception to join our SPA team.
As a Service Associate-Spa Reception, we rely on you to:
•To welcome guests and answer all inquiries under our standard of operations.
•Have a complete knowledge of the treatments, services, products and promotion offered.
•To ensure that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of appearance as lay down by the Service Leader / Spa Manager are implemented.
•To organize therapist scheduling and selection under the standard of operations and to maximize the Spa Revenue.
We are looking for someone who:
•To ensure the smooth operations of CHI, The Spa and Health Club
•To ensure guests’ satisfaction
•To maximize the Spa revenue while wisely control expenses

•必须具备完整的Spa护理的知识、产品知识熟悉服务流程以及了解优惠推广项目。
•确保贯彻执行所有由水疗中心管理层制定的运作程序、管理章程和外观标准。
•按运作标准做好理疗师轮牌工作并最大限度地提升Spa的收入
