工作概述：
1.观测监控消防信号，按规定操作设备。接到火警信号后，迅速、准确地按消防程序报警。
2.通过监控设备发现可疑人及可疑情况，迅速通知有关人员处置。
3.保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。
4.做好工作记录和交接班记录。
5.协助保安部主管工作。
6.履行岗位职责，协助部门工作，确保酒店客人及员工的安全。
岗位要求：
1.具有高中以上文化程度或退伍军人。
2.处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。
3.具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。
